To enhance family stability, The Family Success Center encourages parents to stop by in order to receive support from each other and also to access information community resources, such as child and maternal family health, parent-child activities, housing and other services.
Life Skills Classes
Learn New Skills
Life skills classes help parents with significant life transitions, anger issues, financial management, recovery from divorce, communication skills, building self-esteem, conflict resolution, and more.
Support Groups
Parents Helping Parents
Support groups at The Family Success Center allow parents to lift each other up during good times and bad. Monthly Mommy Parties partner education with fun activities and field trips for mothers and their young children.
Home Visitation
Help for Pregnant Women & New Parents
Eligible pregnant women and parents of young children can get help with parenting, maternal and child health, child development, literacy and more in the privacy of their own home.
Parent Leadership Training
Family Success Center Parent Advisory Board
The Family Success Center encourages parents to become leaders in their community by providing access to training about advocacy, management, interpersonal communication, goal-setting, conflict resolution, collaboration and more.
Help at Thanksgiving
Traditional Feasts Available
Hundreds of traditional Thanksgiving feasts are distributed to local families each November, including a frozen turkey, side dishes, homemade pies, fresh produce and more.

Attorneys from the Sussex County Bar Association offer free seminars about Family Law, Bankruptcy, Mortgage Modifications, Expungement, and Elder Law to local residents.

Thousands of Children Receive New Toys Each December
Thanks to a generous community, over 2,000 children and teens receive new, unwrapped toys and gifts through the Season of Hope Toy Shop each December.
